There are two well known types of diabetes type 1 and type 2. The difference between the two is the production of insulin. The body completely stops producing insulin in type 1 and its production is reduced in type 2. When you are suffering from diabetes, your blood will not be able to transport the sugar to the cells in perfect way. This will enhance sugar level in blood. You can get this level by diet management, exercise and medication. Exercise is a great help for the diabetes patients. It helps to control the insulin sensitivity if the patient is suffering from type1. It also helps to keep a check on weight and the use of glucose by muscles is also increased. But it is a fact that type 2 can be prevented while type1 is impossible to cure.
