During day five you are allowed between 10 and 20 ounces of meat including beef, skinless chicken and broiled fish, 10 glasses of water and 6 fresh tomatoes. For day six avoid the baked potato, but you can eat anything you’ve had for the past few days. And it all ends with day seven. You can have unsweetened fruit juice, brown rice, and veggies and at least one bowl of cabbage soup.

The cabbage soup diet used as a fast way to lose weight is a short term diet that should last no longer that one week for health reasons.
