These simple exercises will work your chest, rear deltoids and triceps. Do about three sets with ten to 15 repetitions depending on how fit you are. The number of sets can be increased once the movements become less straining for you. Once you are able to do the workouts easily, you can elevate your feet by placing them on a piece of furniture that is stable to give you some resistance.

We live in a world that is quite obsessed with losing weight.  Is this a healthy practice? If medical experts along with fashion gurus are to be believed, then the answer is yes.

It’s about being healthy
While being over weight does not necessarily mean that you are unhealthy, you could be prone to a host of illnesses. People who are obese (BMI greater than 30) have a higher risk of death due to all causes as compared to those who are not.

Asthma and insomnia are other conditions that flare up because of excess body weight.
