You can diet all you want, but if you just sit around the whole day, you are never going to lose that flab. Weight loss is all about creating a calorie deficit in the body. Therefore the more you exercise, the more calories get burnt and you lose weight. Cardio exercises like aerobics are best if weight loss is your objective. Strength training and lifting weight will not help much as it only tones up muscles. You could start off with simpler ways- like walking, riding a bicycle or swimming. In fact, it is said that walking is the best remedy for excess weight. Engaging in these activities will also refresh and energize you, while keeping you fit and healthy.

Get Going and Stick with It
