We all would like to lose weight fast for several reasons. First of all it shows results immediately so we don’t become disheartened and just give it all up, usually causing us to gain a lot of the weight back. Also, we tend to wait until the last minute to get ready for those special occasions that we all strive to look good for.

One great way to lose weight is to go on a soup diet for a week. To begin a soup diet you need to make a big batch of high fiber soup. Having a diet high in fiber and high in water helps to clean out your system and lose the water weight. Cleaning out your system helps you to lose weight faster and makes it so your body can burn fat a little better.

For the soup diet you are not required to eat nothing but soup, you have specific foods that you can eat each day to help you lose weight fast. For the first day you can eat all the fruit you want as long as you avoid bananas. For the second day, you can not eat any fruit, but you can eat all of the vegetables you want. For the third day you can eat all you want of both. And each day they keep adding different types of food, depending on which type of soup diet you are on. The only real rule is that you have to eat the soup at least three times a day, generally speaking if you eat it more often you are likely to lose weight faster.

To begin the cabbage soup you of course need the most important thing, cabbage soup. This fast way to lose weight does not require that you eat nothing but cabbage soup, but does recommend that you eat as much cabbage soup that you can handle. Cabbage soup is high in both fiber and water, which helps to clean out your system and helps you lose water weight, if you don’t continue to drink a lot of water you will gain all the water weight, and maybe more, as soon as you stop this diet.

This is one of the fast ways to lose weight that is a strict diet. Make sure that you have at least three servings of cabbage soup a day. For the first day you can have all the fruit you want except bananas. For day two you can have all the vegetables you want, and one baked potato with butter. For day three you can have all of the fruit and vegetables you want but no potato or bananas. For day four you are allowed to have 8 bananas and skim milk. During day five you are allowed between 10 and 20 ounces of meat including beef, skinless chicken and broiled fish, 10 glasses of water and 6 fresh tomatoes. For day six avoid the baked potato, but you can eat anything you’ve had for the past few days. And it all ends with day seven. You can have unsweetened fruit juice, brown rice, and veggies and at least one bowl of cabbage soup.

The cabbage soup diet used as a fast way to lose weight is a short term diet that should last no longer that one week for health reasons.
