Our appearances have a very uncanny way of affecting our ego, self-confidence and relations with others. It is no wonder very many people strive to present themselves in the best way they can and especially physically. One of the ways people have endeavored to do this is by losing weight. However, the ways by which people try to lose weight, just like anything in life, vary for different people. Apparently, some work and others do not. These three are the major reasons why it is difficult to get consistent results from your efforts in losing weight.

Firstly, having a weight loss diet plan is probably one of the tasks a person will avoid, most often than not it is because changing one’s eating habit is not that easy. A diet plan is necessary if a person plans on shredding off that unnecessary weight. This is because the amount of fat that the body stores is directly dependent on the amount of fat causing foods that we eat and if you do not have healthy eating habits, you will probably have to wonder why you cannot lose weight despite exercising regularly.

Secondly, exercising with the wrong frequency is also a reason why you cannot lose weight despite rigorous exercises; for instance, a workout routine done once in a week would not be recommendable because it can cause you to eat a lot all through the whole week. Another bad idea would be exercising for the whole day once a week, rest assured fatigue will get the best of you. It is highly advisable that a person seeks a regular, workable, comfortable and convenient workout plan which will enable him to even add more exercise variations. In this way you will have more opportunities to burn off the fats taken in every week.

Finally, regular physical detoxification will always skip our minds, with every physical plan that we have. It is a well proven fact that detoxification is a big contributor to losing weight. It helps in washing out excess fat as well as any other harmful waste inside the body.

Surprising enough it is the easiest part of the exercise; all you need to do is drink 8 -10 glasses of water per day, and eat lots of fruits, they contain antioxidants that can help get rid of toxins in the body.

In conclusion, the reason most people cannot lose weight despite exerting a lot of effort is usually because they are not doing the right thing towards achieving this goal. This may not be exhaustive, but if followed it is guaranteed that tremendous results will be ultimate.
