This is one of the most effective ways to lose that weight and keep it off. Make sure that you drink lots of water everyday. Water will naturally suppress your appetite by giving you a feeling of being satisfied. The water will also prevent dehydration which often causes hunger cravings. Your body will also be able to get rid of any toxins which contribute to weight gain. The kidneys use the water to get rid of waste and assist in the metabolism of body fats. This is because if you do not take adequate amounts of water, the liver provides the stored body fat as energy and has to assist the kidney in waste removal reducing your body’s effectiveness in metabolizing fat.

It is commonly believed that if you skip breakfast you will end up losing more weight. This is a misconception most people have. When you skip breakfast you get hungrier during the day and you will find it hard to know when you are full and end up eating more food. If you have limited time for breakfast, take a liquid meal such as a smoothie, yogurt or soup. This will give your body energy after having no food for many hours during sleep.

3. Eat more fiber
Having lots of fiber in your body ensures that food can easily move through the bowels and they will also make you get a feeling of fullness. The foods that are high in fiber also have fewer calories therefore it means you get to eat fewer calories and still get full. 4. Include healthy fats in your diet
Many people think that fat is not good for them but this is actually false. Fat is good for you. This is because it gives you the essential fatty acids that help in growth and reproduction. Protein is good for weight loss because it makes you feel satisfied and you stay full for a longer time. Proteins also balance the levels of carbohydrates and this ensures that insulin does not go up and cause your energy to drain and give cravings for sugar. The proteins you take in will also maintain your muscle mass which helps to burn fat. The proteins should form about 20 of your diet each day.
